The Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Quilt Project, Inc.
Our Mission:  To promote greater public awareness of Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) and honor those born with Congenital Heart Defects.

The CHD Awareness Quilt Project promotes greater public awareness by offering the quilts to organizations and individuals to have on display at their CHD related events through our hosting program.

Proceeds from our annual fundraiser, The Jason Schweinberg Memorial "Soaring Eagles For CHD", enable us to purchase AED's for schools and honoring a child through our Child Honoree program.
